Reports to: Supervisor / General Manager

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Good working knowledge of the hospitality sector

  • Previous experience in a similar role a distinct advantage

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To carry out cleaning of the bedrooms

  • Cleaning public areas and corridors to the hotel standards

  • To check quality of linen

  • To report any issues to Management

  • Maintain key security at all times
