Reports to: General Manager

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Good working knowledge of the hospitality sector

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Computer literate with high proficiency level in reservation systems (Opera) is essential

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide 100% quality customer service

  • Welcoming guests

  • Dealing with check In’s and Out’s

  • Offering customers insight into visiting city

  • Day-to-day operations of front of house
