Booking policy: All booking to be received by 18th of April 2024 to avail of conference rate. Bookings made after are subject to availability and conference rate cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days before event for delegates. Between 30 and 14 days will incur a charge equivalent to the first night stay, any bookings cancelled up to 14 days will be charged for the full stay booked.
Payment Policy: Payment is required at the time of booking.
