The Failte Ireland COVID-19 Safety Charter is designed to give comfort and reassurance to customers. Guests in our participating hotels can be safe in the knowledge that recommended safety and cleaning guidelines are being adhered to and that staff members have completed essential hygiene and safety control training.

What it means for our hotels and you:

- We agree to Follow the recommended cleaning and Safety guidelines.

- All staff have completed Hygiene and Safety control training.

- We are subject to being spot-checked.

  We want you all to feel safe while you stay with us and we continue to monitor all developments relating to COVID-19 and remain committed to ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
